Studio

The stand alone studio is an intimate space for a couple looking to enjoy what Phillip Island has to offer. The studio has its own kitchenette, including a full sized fridge, dishwasher and breakfast bar. A washing machine is also provided for those longer stays. A separate access to the lane provides easy access to Lovers Walk (10 min walk to central Cowes) and the beach. Also provided is a private outdoor eating area and off-street parking. During peak periods, we may only offer the entire property for rent which includes the house, apartment and studio (15 people max).
